Doctors Abby is a fantastic doctor he listens to you talks to you gives time to tell you people what's wrong with them, treats people with respect is a very good doctor but his staff nursing are very unprofessional. It would be the only downfall I could think of the office staff is somewhat ok, but his nursing staff they're terrible they're very unprofessional example I've heard other patients in the lobby complaining how unprofessional the nursing staff is I've heard that pharmacies CVS and Walmart complain about how unprofessional the nursing staff is you call in refills and they don't take care of them at sometimes you have to call three times and it takes a week to get your refill if you get it at all they set an appointment up for you and when you get there you find out that wasn't even the right time they didn't write down the right time.. so you end up sitting for quite a time. You get test results done and no one ever calls back and let you know if there was something wrong with them which there was. I give Dr zibby a 10 but his nursing staff man he need to change his nursing staff out two ones that will follow through better. Nurses are short, rude, unprofessional, when you call or leave messages they don't call you back and if you get blood work and something is wrong they don't call you back. I hate it because I really like doctors being and I've been going there 10 years but in the last couple years things have changed and gone from good to worse. I hate having to look for another doctor but what I'm doing is just going to see my specialist since I don't have to see Zabih first anymore, and that makes me sick but I'm tired of sitting in the lobby for over an hour and when I do get in the nurses are not efficient.

It was the worst Dr appt I’ve ever experienced . He was obviously disinterested in even knowing why I was there. I was rushed in a room and attempted to have a normal appt unsuccessfully. On cue, an assistant came in amd pointed to the exit door. My daughter and I happily left. Do not entrust your health to this guy! The worst ……

I am confused on the good ratings on this site because every time I go into the office, it is like an assembly line. They call 5 or 6 people at once, then to see the doctor you are seated outside a room where you can hear the doctors conversation with the patient in the room. There is no wiping down after the person before you comes out and then it doesn't seem like Dr. Zabih really cares, you are just another number. There is no exam or anything that I have experienced at other doctor's offices. He also doesn't even remember me, even after all the times I have been there. Then the staff....they are so impatient and unkind. I have gone into this office more than 10 times and I have had enough of the horrible experience. I will say there is one nurse who I see for the initial BP and temp check who is extremely nice, but I can not speak that same regard about the rest. Find a different doctor is my opinion.

Great Doctor. Been my family and friends healthcare’s provider for 16 years. Knowledgeable and really cares for his patients.

I have called 6 times in 10 days, leaving messages , asking for his nurse to return my calls. I have had 0 calls back! Negligent and incompetent

Dr. Zabih is not just a regular physician , he is a true healer. I have never had better health care.

The office staff are very unorganized. I waited over 30 minutes before even being checked in for my appointment.

Ive been going to Dr. Zabih for about 13 years. I moved from the beach to the country (55 miles) 4 years ago. I still drive that 55 miles because Ive become friends with Dr. Zabih and only trust him for being my primary care physician.

Very caring, listens, very knowledgeable and not long wait times. Staff is friendly, a little difficulty with staff follow thru on tests, messages, feedback, but is a great Dr. who is compassionate and kind.

I've been in his care for almost 10 years now. He maintains a busy office and still gives personal attention to each of his patients. I literally trusted this man with my life while battling Lung Cancer. His care made during this crisis will never be forgotten. He holds a special place in my heart. It's why I stayed with him all these years. From eastern Bay County to the west end of Panama City Beach because he's worth the trek.

I have been under Dr. Zabih's fantastic care for over 9 years. He has taken good care of me. I trust him. He is caring and compassionate and never hurries through a visit. He answers my questions, no matter how many, and has never failed to guide me in the right direction with - if needed - the best medication or physical therapy.

Always spot on in Dignoses and great bedside manner.

He is a great Dr. and really cares about his patients. He takes his time with each one and makes sure they are getting the medical help they need.

We love this doctor he is one of the most caring doctors. He listens to his patients and considers your needs over other things. Very caring doctor. I highly recommend this doctor, he goes the extra mile for you. This doctor fought for my husband to get a chance to get a life saving surgeries so he could survive.
