Can’t get through on the phone or through the portal. Sent a message 8/10 & still no response 8/20.

Never got to see him. After waiting over one month to see him, being referred by my doctor I was called the day before my appointment to tell me that he did not see people who had been a patient of Dr. Patel. There was no consideration given that I needed to see him or someone in his office. I was told that he told his staff that he would not see me. I really don't understand the two doctors' arrangement. My internal doctor made the appointment for me with this doctor, they should have advised her of this issue. How would a patient know what was going on behind the scene? After reading some of the reviews I can see what I almost got myself into.

Top best doctor I have ever seen. My whole family now sees him. He saved my life.

He saved my life in the hospital. I followed up with him in his office. He took his time with me and my family. He was the only one that could diagnose me correctly and get me back to normal. He took his time and showed empathy and compassion. My family will only see him from now on.

The office staff, with particular emphasis on the office manager had a total lack of professionalism and empathy. I called the office six times because I was concerned I might be late, at 2:00 pm (after lunch), no one ever picked up the phone so all I could do was to leave a message that I might be late. The office had no identification on the outside directory that would allow one to find the office location. After spending 30 minutes looking, they refused my appointment because I was late.
