Dr Kwaw refused to wear a mask in the San Dimas ER when I came to pick up my mom. This was 10 months into the pandemic. Also there was another patient there that kept walking around the ER without a mask and no one asked him to wear one. He gave me a blank discharge form with the only thing filled in being my mom’s name and his name. He kept say “she’s ok now” but wouldn’t explain anything. I didn’t look at the form until we got home. I might add that the ER was not busy. We were the only ones in the waiting room when I brought her in and it was only half full when I came back to pick her up. My 91 year old mom lives in an assisted living home which had been on lock down for many months and is constantly testing and wearing PPE. They hadn’t had a case of Covid for months but my mom tested positive 5 days after visiting the ER and spent a week in the (different) hospital. Fortunately she’s back home and recovering. How can an ER doctor of all people not wear a mask!!

Dr Kwaw is absolutely the best general practitioner doctor I have ever had in my life. Even though his office is an urgent care facility, he was my main doctor for over ten years. His listening skills, attention to details, referrals, and kindness are unbelievable in this day and of age of drive through healthcare. I had a serious injury that needed tending to for over 30 days straight . He was there for me every day, including Christmas and New Years. I miss him greatly!

I have been seeing Dr Kwaw for almost 25 years. He is a kind and giving man and it shows in his work. I have switched insurance companies and paid more so I can use him if I need to. I don’t trust anyone else for my health care needs and those of my children.
