Excellent in all aspects

Superb bedside manner, very knowledgeable and brought us great comfort about my care

This gyn onc provider was more concerned with letting me know how disgruntled he was with his staff not having a patient treatment room stocked, his personal liability with any proposed recommendations via a referring provider, and invalidating the lab results that brought me to him than he was with reviewing or discussing my actual case and medical history. I waited an hour and a half to feel like a burden. Fast forward to the next step and I was told I would be the first surgical case of the day, was last, wasn't given medications that were discussed, and left with an uncommon post procedure extra (packing) and no direction on what to do or expect or why it was used. So defeating. It is Very scary to be dealing with oncology, and to have your provider shock you in all of the wrong ways is not really the added stress needed.I am So surprised to see so many positive reviews. I feel obligated to speak my experience and I doubt I am alone. This provider is Not patient-centered.

Dr Benrubi is a phenomenal surgeon. I gotta say that after my surgery the recovery was difficult. But now, seven months later I’m doing great! He is sooo compassionate and caring. He is very informative and he takes good care of you.

All around, all providers I saw that day were just absolute dolls. I felt more comfortable in their presence than I've ever felt. They seem to actually care instead of seeing patients as either just another person or a pay check. It was actually a strange experience because I've never felt comfortable in a hospital setting like that before.
