It’s hard to get care when your worker forgets everything, including appointments and how to do, well anything. It’s also very very hard to understand her and she really uses that along with just ignoring you to her advantage (act like she didn’t hear you or just ignore you). So I can’t recommend. I had to request an alternate worker due to such mistreatment and lack of competence.
