Evan though the Dr.Romero is a good Dr. The rest of the staff need to be retrain in costumer service they need to remember the customers or patients are always right they wouldn't have employments with out patients aka customers.

I can't even find a word to explain how unprofessional, inexperience, and untrustworthy this medical practice is. They made me to go to their office three times for a simple physical exam. None of the staff speaks fluent English and none of them has any idea what are the needs of their patients. I gave them a list of tests that I had to takes days they forgot to write one of the test in the lab order. I can't even believe they're allowed to operate.
