I went in for a wart on my foot. She didn't present options, just said a biopsy would be needed. After taking the biopsy, she told me I could either do acid wart remover bandages with regular follow-up appointments for 3 months, or we could schedule a surgery. I would have preferred we just do the surgery off the bat in that first appointment, since you're already going about 80% of the way with the biopsy. I was told results would be in within 10 days and I should come back for re-bandaging in 3 days. I cancelled the re-bandaging appointment because I took care of it at home and had no issues. Never heard back about lab results. No emails or voicemails. A week after I should have had results, their office location near me closed down. Oh well, guess I'll do acid wart removal at home and just take care of it myself. But now, well over a month later, I get a bill for almost $600 after insurance for those labs. She made no mention of any lab cost whatsoever. Absolutely ridiculous.

Heartless and irresponsible, clueless staff
My mom, who is a cancer patient and is in a lot of pain had an appointment to trim her toenails with Dr. Daniel who works in Dr. Vasserman's practice. The nurse led my mom into the room and took her socks off and had her sit in a cold and uncomfortable chair for 40 minutes waiting for Dr. Daniel to show up. She came in once and informed us that Dr. Daniel is finishing with another patient and will see my mom in a few minutes. About 10 minutes later the nurse came again and said that Dr. Daniel was not on the premises and just started driving to the practice and will be there in 30 minutes and if my mom wanted to keep waiting. When I asked the nurse why she lied to us earlier that the doctor will be there in a few minutes, the nurse replied that she was new to the practice and did not know Dr. Daniel's whereabouts. We got up and left. And of course lost more than an hour getting to the office and the parking fee. No apology from the doctor is coming. I hope you avoid this office.

Doctor Vasserman is great professional and so friendly explained all issues and recovery possibilities to me. Sharp pain in the joints was gone right after visit and never come back. No more in-grows nails, no more swollen toes. Thanks a lot Dr.Vasserman.

I had seen her for a few years and she was satisfactory for my needs. I elected to change my Doctor and wish I hadn't. Good and thorough. And, a nice person.

Actually, I cannot say enough about Dr Vasserman's treatment for my gangrene toe.At my initial appointment my pain level was 10 plus. But Dr Vasserman gave me an injection and a prescription, and consulted with her Vascular Surgeon and made the appointment for me to have a procedure. Then I had some of the toe removed and no more gangrene! She and her staff is friendly and courteous.
