Amazing endocrinologist and has provided the treatment I need. Excellent care for her patients and I always feel my needs are being heard and addressed.

Agree with the 'Couldn't care less' review
I can agree with almost everything except today the staff was friendly and helpful. I've been to this provider for a while now and still in the process of trying to find another provider. Most are not accepting new patients. She has to know about how patients feel about their visits. It should be for her to care; however, I doubt she does. What you put out there is reflected back on you. I gave 2 stars due to the staff that I encountered, especially the RN that called me back.

Couldn’t care less
This doctor is everything that is wrong with healthcare today. Not only was she late and unprepared but she couldn’t have conveyed less interest if she tried! Very strange and uncomfortable personality as well. Wouldn’t recommend.

Rushes through visit
Rushes through what she wants you to do. Clearly impatient when I kept her longing because I had more questions.

Would Not Recommend
She’s not a good listener. Rushed visits. Make false chart notations and will not correct her errors.

Nearly impossible to coordinate labs timing and a plan. Most frustrating practice I deal with. I attend three appointments and went for four sets of bloodwork to finally end up feeling the doctor was indecisive on how to treat me. I will also add my case seemed to be a simple decision. Bloodwork stated low testosterone. Treat me or tell me why I shouldn’t be treated. I felt like a cow getting milked and I don’t feel that way about other practices.

Doctor Rosewater is unsympathetic and struggles to listen to what the patient is saying. She is only interested in her method of treatment and she refuses to learn any new methods. I was with her for 3 years before I moved elsewhere. As soon as I moved my A1C dropped by 3% and I am now back to a healthy lifestyle.

I have been seeing Dr. Rosewater for about 3 years now. Ever since our first meeting three years ago, I found her to be very cold, unfriendly, unempathetic, overall just made my visits very uncomfortable. Frankly, I was too lazy to change doctors since I only see her once every 6 months to a year. Thank god I recently moved to another state which allows to me find another endocrinlogist here.

Dr Rosewater provides the level of care and service we should all receive from our physician's. As a diabetic she provided me with a course of treatment that now has my daily numbers in a normal range, I as well as my A1C also normal again. As a result of her knowledge and ability we are also elimating meds I have been taking for years. Burton P Vitale

I have been a patient of Dr. Rosewater for 6 years. I find Dr. Rosewater to be a caring, professional and knowledgeable doctor, always ready to answer any questions I might have during visits. The practice staff is efficient and friendly. The office uses a computer program called "My Chart" which enables me to send questions, review test results, etc. which I find very helpful.

I liked Dr Rosewater very much and the care she was providing me but her medical assistant was the WORST!! I waited for over 3 weeks to hear whether or not a tumor on my pituitary gland was cancer, she sent my blood work request to the wrong lab TWICE! after the first time I called to make sure she sent it to Quest I was told she didn't but they would change it so it would be at Quest, went this morning guess what... No request in the system. I'm finding s new doctor.

I have a complicated thyroid problem fist discovered by my neurologist. Dr. Rosewater did NOT listen to my history or symptoms, and insisted that my only issue was too much soda and candy (I avoid sugar). I felt she was very condescending and unwilling to discuss the issue I was actually there for. She grudgingly ordered a blood test for thyroid issues, but neglected to order half of the needed specific tests. It has been three weeks and no call back to discuss results. Not going back.
