Dr. Souter was wonderful. She was very direct with us and the treatment approach she recommended which was a success on the first cycle. We will definitely go back to her for care if we need it in the future.

Disappointing, not helpful, talks down to you, belittling, doesn't always listen, poor bedside manner, I would not recommend MGH Fertility to anyone, ever, they made a series of significant errors which they admitted to, but which never should have happened. Do not see Dr. Souter or anyone at MGH. There are many clinics and physicians to choose from.

After a miscarriage and ovulation issues, I saw Dr. Souter. She ran a bunch of tests and could not diagnose anything. There was a lab/doctor error with my genetic testing, which resulted in her failing to provide any resources for months, during which I experienced a chemical pregnancy. She never called to acknowledge my loss, which may have been preventable had there not been the error. She then insisted on an IVF protocol that I begged her to change because I thought it would oversuppress me. Unfortunately, I was right and she was wrong. I paid out of pocket as we are a military family without coverage for IVF. She has ruined our chances of having a baby.

I was a patient of Dr. Seuter for about 3 years, she led 3 rounds of IVF for me and I couldn't be happier with her care. Dr. Souter listened carefully to my concerns since day 1, also cared about my goals and helped us achieve a healthy pregnancy after we thought all hope was lost. Dr. Souter's knowledge and constant support was visible in every treatment. I highly recommend her and the MGH Fertility team since they are simply best in class.

She and her team helped us start our family. She was by my side throughout all the phases - denial, decision making, treatments, monitoring, failed cycles, miscarriage and ultimately the first ob scans. Could not have asked for a better doctor or team!

There is not an appointment that goes by where Dr. Souter or someone from the MGH team doesn’t express a genuine kindness, as we go through this uniquely, stressful process: a reassuring smile, a kind voice, a hug, a story, an extra minute to answer a question they’ve probably answered a hundred times before, a heartfelt ‘I’m sorry it didn’t work this time’ or shared joy when it does. Dr. Souter and the team at MGH are the best of the best.
