The doctor was attentive and thorough.

Dr.Sutton and his staff are very caring.

Neither Ira or Marilyn care about their patients. They do not pick up or return phone calls and do not care about refilling prescriptions and will have you wait for WEEKS! I have never dealt with such unprofessional service in my life.

I've been with the practice for over a decade, mostly with Ira's wife, Marilyn. i found she is more detail oriented & spends more time with me--asking many questions & making good suggestions. HOWEVER: There have been about 5 incidents where i believe they were very irresponsible, mostly having to do with prescriptions, as well as not returning phone calls. As of today, i will no longer be a patient of theirs. I only got thru to Marilyn because I have Ira's cell number & was able to text them. After trying to explain to her how she neglected to correctly call in a prescription for a mental health drug this time, she wouldn't let me talk, & then hung up on me. & last time she called in a med she had presribed before in the wrong form--capsules instead of tablets. It took hours waiting at the pharmacy until they realized that this had occurred, & it took more days till she corrected it. i was without this drug for 5 days, developing symptoms of dizziness & nausea. no apology.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr Sutton for 2 decades. We have typical health concerns as we age as well as more complicated conditions. Dr. Sutton is up to date on pertinent medical issues, treatments and medications He also brings the benefit of years of experience. I never feel rushed, he listens carefully and refers us to Specialists as appropriate. I think we're fairly discerning and confidently recommend him

Always has the answers to all the questions I ask about during my appointment. I count on Dr. Ira to keep me as healthy as I can be at this advanced age of 91 years. Have been with him since he took over the practice of my retiring MD when he began his practice.

Dr. Sutton has been our family doctor for over 20 years. He has always shown the utmost care and consideration. He is a very professional, ethical, and qualified doctor who does return calls and does take extra time and care with his patients.

This review is solely based on my experience with their clerical staff, specifically Clair. I called to question a bill I received, which I found out through my insurance was billed incorrectly, causing me to pay more out of pocket. Clair was unprofessional, rude and refused to admit her mistake. I never received a call back from my initial inquiry and I was put on hold for close to 10 minutes after calling again. I am happy with the doctor but will not be going back because of Clair.

Dr. Ira Sutton hardly ever returns phone call. Focuses mostly on your income level and how many test he can run to get paid by you insurance company. He spend very little time with you and focuses his attention on writing notes in his computer during the visit. When he is unavailable to see you his staff pushes you off on his wife you a lots ONLY 15 mins per patient. She ONLY wants yes or no answers to her questions b/c she will let you know she has no time for longer answers.

He care about his income only! that why he never return calls and unavailable. Period. Get out!!

Irresponsible, mediocre Dr. Does not return patients phone calls and does not address issues at hand. I am glad I found that out early enough (after 2 visits) and am not going there again. He does not care about his patients. Stay away!
