Dr. Krause is an excellent physician, ( urologist) He’s always been able to provide the correct solutions to any problems, including urinary or prostate. He’s very thorough and always takes time to listen to me explain my problem. I’ve never felt put off, rushed or hurried by him. His solutions have always been right on target. His staff is always courteous and helpful as well.

I was a patient of Dr. KRAUSE for over 10 years. Staff very professional and caring, Dr. Krause is professional and truly cares for his patients. I'm still here because of his skill.

I gave Dr. Krause one star because his office staff is terrible! My procedure was rescheduled 3 times with no explanation other than, "he has another patient he will be seeing at that time." I also had to wait over an hours to be seen for all of my appointments. Additionally, his nurse is extremely unprofessional. She NEVER would return my calls/voicemails after several attempts and gave me inaccurate information when I finally bullied my way through the phone tree to speak with her.
