Please release my medical notes from the Emory. You have released me from the Emory Hospital for no reason. I am a breast cancer patient in the middle of my treatment. All I am asking you to let me have my medical notes for continuing care in another hospital. Without my medical notes I will expire. What happened to care from the Emory? I need Dr. Szabo's office notes to find another oncologist. Please kindly release my medical note. Thanks ZM

I believe he saved my life. He was no nonsense and also treated me with care. When I first went in, they acted very quickly and treated the situation very seriously. I also felt like he looked after me over the years as I have gone back for follow-ups. If I felt like something was wrong and my body felt different, he trusted me. My initial treatment was years ago and they still remember me when I go in there, much of the staff still says hello.

This was one of the worse experiences I have ever encountered with a doctor. He was very judgmental. Asked me why would I rely on another doctors office to fax medical history instead of going there myself because the documents faxed were incomplete. Additionally, he very rudely wanted to know why I didn't know the meaning of certain medical terms and went as far as to ask what I do for a living because he couldn't believe I didn't know the medical term for having a catheter to placed to the hea

Dr. Horowitz is like a family member to. Me. He treated me for Uterine cancer. Since the day I met him he has treated me with respect and kidness and had my best interest like I was his own daughter. He is up front with his treatments and doesn't beat around the bush. He has your best interest at heart. His staff is kind and respectful of your privacy. They are compassionate in what you may be going through. I can't say enough good things about Dr. H. But...Simply that he saved my life! THANK U!
