Hands down the most uncomfortable doctor appointment that I have ever been to. He was a sarcastic idiot. His nurse was a total witch. He asked weird questions that made me very unfomfortable. If he was the last doctor on earth, I would die before I went to him again.

Dr Copeland is a very inconsiderate person. All he cares for is the money he can get from his patients. It takes over 3 months to get an appointment and then you have to wait an average of 30-50 mins before you can get into a room. Did I mention he still takes on new patients. His staff is very rude. I requested a refill on a perscription that I have been taking for over 10 years and I needed the pharmacy to call and get the ok. The doctors office never called the pharmacy or myself to tell us he was on vacation and when I called they told me there was a note in my file that I would have to come in before he could refill it. I had just been there 2 months before and he never said that to me. Anyway him and his staff are terrible

Dr. Copeland is a very intelligent man but should never have been put in charge of a HCP office. The office staff is not very good and Dr. Copeland cannot keep up with his duties at the office and his patients. Unfortunately after many years as my doctor I have left to find a PCP who is more attentive to my needs.

Wonderful Doctor. Straight shooter but not very diplomatic so don't expect anything to be sugar coated. He tells you like it is and although some people don't want to hear this way, I find it refreshing. Staff are great!

Very unpleasant. Couldn't wait for my appointment to be over. No eye contact, no greeting, no acknowledgement to me at all. Then proceeded to spew some of the oldest mindset. It's quite unfortunate. I was the one to say goodbye and nice to meet you... he just grunted. My wait time would have been long - he was 45 minutes behind and a couple in front of me. So could have been a 2 hour wait. They put me in front of the couple but now I wonder, was he rushing me knowing he had them? Was 4pm. then.
