This office has no idea what they are doing. Follow up is nonexistent! They have no understanding of timely responses!

I have been a patient at this office for quite some time now, but unfortunately, I have been consistently disappointed with the level of customer service provided. Despite my efforts to book appointments online, I have been unsuccessful. After leaving a voicemail on September 13th at 11:37 am. Per the office's message, if any messages left before 3 pm would receive a same-day callback. However, no one ever returned my call. When I followed up this morning, the person I spoke with had a dismissive attitude and seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns. I informed her that the available dates online did not match up with the availability that she claimed Dr. Robinson had. There is a disconnect between the online scheduling system and the office itself, which needs to be rectified. While I greatly respect Dr. Robinson, her office's lack of professionalism and poor customer service is truly disappointing.

Follow ups are TERRIBLE! She is out of the office more than she is in the office. Ignores messages for days and weeks. Takes her sweet time with prescription refills and correcting prescriptions. Rushes the visits and talks extremely fast and then runs out the room to the next room. Does not properly document or makes sure after care notes are uploaded.

Initially upon reading the reviews for Dr. Robinson I was excited to have a physician with her credentials so close to my home. Last year when I reached out to her office, I was told it would be 5 months before she accepted any new patients. I patiently waited! The week prior to my scheduled appointment I stopped by to confirm my appointment time. At the time, I couldn't help but notice the office was packed with senior citizens.The following day I receive a phone call from Dr. Robinson's office that the doctor would NOT be able to keep the appointment that took 5 months to secure due to a personal matter. Slightly frustrated, however I rescheduled my physical exam. The next appointment available was not until the following year 2024. I was concerned how this would impact my insurance coverage. I decided to reschedule, after all things happen. The morning of my rescheduled second appointment her office called to inform me she had to cancel my appointment. The day of???

All if this sounds great but it would be nice if someone would answer the phone so I can make an appointment. I called 3 times and no answer. According to the hours posted they should be open, it is 3:32?

I’ve been seeing Dr Robinson for about two years now and have never had a problem. She is like Sunshine, always feel better when I leave. I drive over an hour to see her. That’s how good she is.

Nothing but great experiences with Dr Robinson. She is a great listener and what she prescribes always works!

My family has been under the care of Dr Robinson for over a year and are completely satisfied. She is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor. She really listens and never rushes through appointments. I highly recommend Dr Robinson!!

Dr. Robinson is excellent. She is knowledgeable and shows genuine concern for me. I have chronic rare conditions and she takes the time to address my concerns and issues. I highly recommend her!

She is a great doctor, great personality, nice clean office, and great staff. Makes it almost fun to get sick.

I saw Dr. Robinson today and things could not have gone better. She is definitely an asset to our community and I highly recommend her. She is professional, helpful, and kind. I will just say that I sincerely hope that she is here to stay. She will be my primary healthcare professional for a very long time.

I was very impressed with Dr. Robinson and her clinical staff. However, I'm very disappointed with the front desk employee. She doesn't seem to have it "together". I've had to wait in the lobby 30 minutes before she even acknowledged that I was there for an appointment. There always seems to be a hassle with her when coming in for appointments. Maybe a little more organization with the check-in/check-out process would help. Otherwise, Dr. Robinson is AMAZING!!!!

Highly disappointed in this office. Very unprofessional and unclear front desk associate. My appointment time changed three times within three days. If you are looking for a professional staff and good customer service, this is not the place for you.
