Dr. Sam Tandon is a very personable physician. He helped me when other GI physicians did not. He doesn’t just see you as a patient, but he sees & treats you like a person. I travel one hour to see him.

Dr. Tandon was very interested in what I had to say. He examined me and came up with an immediate plan of action. He indicated to me that he would give me further details the morning following my initial appointment. I am awaiting those instructions as my pain has escalated overnight. I have left two messages: one around 8:30am and the other at noon. I get an automated message from his assistant that she will call when she can. I am anxiously awaiting.

Dr. Tandon sat with me patiently and listened with intention to my concerns regarding my malady. He reviewed documentation from my primary care physician and actually examined me. He possesses remarkable knowledge of gastrointestinal diseases and explains the evidence behind his medical decision-making in ways the patient can understand. I appreciate his attention and help in reassuring me as to my health concerns. He comes highly recommended.
