Billed me and my husband for extra things for our FREE annual check up. Even though we made it very clear in the beginning to please let us know if there is any service that might cost extra so we can deny those if we don’t need them. He agreed and said he understood. But then failed to inform us on several, dragged out follow up calls to charge us extra and told us it was part of the FREE annual visit. Gave us no option to waive the follow up and charge us by the minute even though it was just over the phone, no office visit. All nice and smiley at the office but horrible experience afterwards, giving us even more trust issues with surprise medical and doctor bills.
