Good to bad to Staff ,Manager WORST
Dr. Osuji is a Very Good Doctor, I have been patient at his Office since 2003 Dr. Catherine Okpon, MD, which was taken over by Dr. I Osuji under Quality Care Clining now WelMed - Dr. Osuji does not know how his staff and Manager treats patients so rudley. Since 11 October 2024 my dentist has been trying o get a Medical Clearance for Severe Dental condistion, - all faxes are lost all emails are lost all personal emails are lost. After 18 days The Office Manager today tells me I need to go to a new PCP in Lewisville and hung up twice on me. It took her 18 days to tell me that when I almost choked on my second crown which I almost swolled, I am 79 years old with lot o health problems. I would see Dr. Osuji any day it is the Staff that runs Office, to enusure their tactics will stress patients so that they can get more business and secure their jobs. -

Doctors and staff were friendly, mostly, but the wait time was unacceptable. It took 50 min to be seen.Also, the forehead thermometer wasnt wiped between patients.

The Dr. was rude and hung up on me when I called after a visit. He seemed to think I was asking for more drugs when I wasn't, but he would not let me explain what I was actually asking for (my previous prescription had been renewed wrongly and I needed it rewritten). I kept saying, "Can I explain?" He kept saying, "NO! I will not give you any more drugs!" I kept saying that wasn't what I wanted. Then he hung up on me. His anger and rudeness made me cry. I will not be using this doctor again.

Dr. Osuji, is a very caring, understanding physician. Because of his expertise knowledge in the medical field he has many patients. Yes, at times his patients may wait before being seen, but when you are seen by Dr. Osuji or staff, you'll receive the most excellent medical care. Thank you Dr. Osuji and staff!! Your the BEST

I have been going to Dr. Osuji for a long time and he is a wonderful Dr. Although the wait can be long, he takes his time talking to you and listening to you. He is a great Dr. and the office staff is pretty nice.
