Colonoscopy exam
The exam went very smoothly. All staff were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable with their knowledge and expertise. Process was very comfortable and professional. Dr. Nastaskin is an excellent doctor. Dr. Nastaskin calmed my anxiety and made me comfortable with the process. I highly recommend him.

Excellent Doctor but office is unoccommodating
Dr. Nastaskin cleaned up some polyps my other doctor missed.i lived in Atascadero at the time and it was worth the drive to see a competent doctor. However, their office has a policy that you must come in to see the doctor prior to your colonoscopy even though no exam is given. They would not schedule a phone visit. This was not helpful when traveling so far. I’m not sure why they insist on that. I moved to Oregon so I no longer see him but that policy was almost a dealbreaker.

He was very compassionate and listened to what I was telling him. He made a plan and I am much better but still working on understanding my digestive system. Learning what I can eat and what I cannot eat. He was very excited by my progress. Thankfully I changed doctors.

I drove 30 miles to get to an appointment that was confirmed, only to find out that the Dr was not there when I arrived. The contact and confirmation was made about a week out, which may be part of the problem. Too soon. No problem with the Dr but avoid this office due to the complete and total incompetence of the staff.

Excellent provider! Compassionate and knowledgeable. The Colonoscopy procedure was a comfortable experience. he's helped my GI sensitivity. I would recommend this provider to my friends and family.

He has helped me as much as possible but I don't think anything else can be done with my stomach I know that he was not going to give up on me but I have to much respect to keep him from helping people that he can figure out quickly I have been to UCLA and I got nothing really so I decided to leave it be and I thank him for trying his best very nice doctor

Was told by many doctors I only had anxiety. Dr nataskin took me seriously despite being so young in age. Ordered the appropriate tests immediately and accurately diagnosed me with gastroparesis

I was scared walking in but the staff and Doctor made me smile and feel calm. He sounded very sure of what he was telling me and open to exploring multiple options to make sure I start feeling better soon. This was my 1st visit but already Dr. Nastaskin made me feel like there's a solution to me being sick everyday.

Dr. Nastaskin is very competent at the procedures he does and has a very friendly, caring manner. He is a fine doctor. I highly recommend him as your Gastroenterologist especially if you have anxiety about endoscopy or colonoscopy. Do not avoid these procedures. These are highly important, routine tests which can yield much valuable information.
