missed diagnosis, terrible referrals
totally missed alarms on lab work and his referrals are not to quality MDs...I think they must have some deal within the building to grease each other's practice. I even got called in to see the head doctor after complaining.

Dr Gavrilyuk is great
He is the smartest doctor my mom has. He listens extremely well and can make a diagnosis with just a few words. He checks her well . She loves him. He has a plan and gives options. He does things because he's wellness driven, not money driven. He wants you to have the best quality of life you can.

This is NOT about you Dr. Gavrilyuk! You have been GREAT w/ treating both my dad & my mon. It is about your stuff. I dropped off the DMV paperwork for you to fill out so that I could get a handicapped parking plug when transporting my mom to your or any other appointments. She is pretty much bedridden but something I have to take her places. Its been a couple of months, may be more since I dropped off the paperwork & I still did not get it back. I called your office & was told by Jessica that I MUT give her the date when I dropped it off. I told her that its been months - 1-3 months & she said that she has to go through all the records in order to find it & so I either have to give her the exact date or I have to go back to DMV to get new paperwork & bring it back to your office again. This is totally unacceptable way of treatment by your stuff, Dr. Gavrilyuk. We have been with you probably for 10 years or more and get this kind of treatment from your stuff? Not good. Not good at all.

Dr. Gavrilyuk is personable, patient and attentive. During a typical visit the two of us sit in front of the computer reviewing my lab results and talking about treatment options if there is a problem. He responds quickly to emails even on the weekends and follows up promptly to any requests for referrals and prescriptions. He is by far the best primary care doctor I have had in the over 50 years I have had health insurance.

Dr Gavrilyuk is a great doctor. He reviews my labs with me in person and discusses ways to make my health better. He is kind and gentle and does not rush you out of the office but takes the time that you need to get your questions answered. I never feel like I have to wait very long before he is in the room and he also takes the time to review your chart before he comes in. He remembers me every time I come in for a visit and its never too difficult to get an appointment with him. Great Doctor!

Dr. Gavrilyuk is excellent. He has been taking care of my father for a few years now. Dr. Gavrilyuk has great bedside manner, listens to addresses all concerns, provides a thorough exam, checks labs carefully and refers to specialists as needed. It really helps that his is bilingual as well. I trust his judgment regarding my father's health care. Bringing in Mom next.

Doctor G, as most of his patients call him, is a very gentle man. He actually physically examines me on my visits. He is very sharp and notices the smallest things like a red spot on my leg before I had even noticed it myself, and it turned out to be important. He loves medicine and the practice of medicine. He has been my doctor for 10 years more or less. He has referred me several times to other doctors, and they end up telling me the same thing he did initially. He has saved my life.
