Dr. Marshall is a great doctor. He is very easy to reach through my chart. You can always message him and he responds in a timely manner. I have been working with him for 2 years and he has been very forthcoming and nice. My son is taking thyroid medication getting refills was never an issue. He genuinely cares about him and is concerned about his health. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

Doesn’t Respond. Rude. Condescending.
I spent over a year trying to get a hold of him after our first appointment and there was no response. Ever.

Disappointed Patient – Jan 31, 2022

Can I give no stars? He promised he would take care of several things, then dumped me with an incompetent nurse and staff I had to hound to pick up the phone. Didn’t get my medication on time because I was never shown how to take it, like he promised his “nurses” would. They should all be forbidden from medical practices.

He is really strange and was not kind to my daughter, almost snapping at her. He is an endocrinologist, yet ironically gets irate if you suggest your chid's symptoms could be due to a thyroid problem. He wouldn't test my daughter's thyroid despite symptoms, and when her pediatrician ran a blood test, it was her thyroid! He actually prolonged her suffering by refusing to test it. We now refer to him as the "defender of the thyroid" as he cares more about it than the little girls, his patients
