Horrible treatment to patients
Horrible experience a couple of years ago with a trauma to one of my hand’s finger, he mocked of my situation in which he needed to take the stitches out and my finger wasn’t completely healed, I begged him to put me some lidocaine in order to ease the pain, he refused and mocked me saying that I should have asked the Dr who suture me to use a self absorbing stitches and then he said that the only time he has ever used lidocaine was on a small child, I have pictures of the condition of my finger for anyone to see and judge where the sutures were, horrible experience and I did studied medicine, he’s a shame for the medical professionals.

HORRIBLE! My aunty just came back from there crying. She needed help and Dr. Ian Marrero treated her like trash. She has gone to different specialists due to her medical issues, and she knows what she needs, she just needed to tell a plastic surgeon if they do the job she needed. However, Dr. Ian Marrero, came into the room and did not let her express what she needed, why she was there, and all he did was to criticize her. In addition, he recommended her other procedures that were not needed or even recommended by other specialist. All he told her was to do her other type of surgery, when she just needed an specific one but he never allowed her to speak or even try to hear her concerns. She paid $100 cash for a 6 minutes consult. This is corruption. She should receive her money back. It is incredible how a "professional" could treat a person that comes prepared for the appointment and she also has to drive almost 2 hours for this? Hell no! I do not recommend this place.
