Absolutely disorganized office on 3184 Grand Concourse, or... doctor, ...or his stuff. My mother came several times for the appointment, and the doctor was not in the office due to vocation or other reasons. We complained, they apologized, and then it happened again. The office nether notifies patients about cancellations. We have no choice, but change the doctor.
