Dr. Ian-Cromwell Diaz, MD

Dr. Diaz is the best primary care physician that I have ever had and have had several being 71 years old and having lived in seven cities. He is extremely thorough, friendly, efficient, answers all questions (regardless of how simple they are), and his staff is very friendly and works hare to help him deliver the best care available. Since I started seeing him during the pandemic, his calendar is becoming increasingly full which tells me that he is doing it right. I give him 5 stars and have referred many patients to him.

Your office is completely lacking in efficiency and quality of care. I have never had to wait for over 5 days to have a prescription sent to the pharmacy. The inadequate care from you and your staff is plain awful. As a nurse myself as well as a healthcare administrator I understand how the healthcare system works. In addition how the quality of care for patients is to be conducted. You and your clinic are not up to par!
