Dr. Ian Cote, MD

I was involved in a boating accident and i suffered a central cord spinal cord injury. I was essentially a qudraplegic. Dr Cote performed a laminectomy of the c2-c7 vertebrae's and I was walking within 24 hours! I ran a 5k, 6 months later!!! He is truly a miracle worker!!

Really comfortable and really good service. Everybody so nice. I am extremely satisfied with all aspects of the service from the clinic to the surgery.

My experience with him and his team was different. I met with the doctor for the first time through telehealth right when we started quarantine. He told me I was a candidate for a microdiscectomy, but do to COVID I needed to wait because they were not doing elective surgeries. I had surgery may 6, 2020 without ever meeting the Doctor face to face. I didn’t have enough information about the procedure, but I had an immediate relief. I started to feel much better after four months. Dr. Cote is a great surgeon and his team is super nice.

Dr. Cote is the most professional, caring and thoughtful doctor I have had. He was so thorough in his review of my back issues and took his time in explaining my options. I saw another doctor from the Hospital/Clinic that I normally get all my care from to have a second opinion. The comparison between doctors and the plan of care that they both explained was quite different. Dr. Cote and his staff were the consummate professionals and their plan was the best option. It has been 11 months since my surgery and I can say that I am so pleased with the outcome. No pain or issues at all. My life is back to normal. The care and follow up with Dr. Cote and his staff was beyond my expectations. Thank you Dr. Cote.

The level of care and compassion you will find in Michelle Viteri and Dr. Ian Cote is beyond exceptional .This level of professionalism, skill and care are almost impossible to collectively find in todays world. But it is a passion within them that overflows so naturally. Thank you for everything you have done to ease my mind and assure me with your compassion, skill and highest level of professionalism. Prior to surgery, i had dilegently obtained opinions from 3 neurosurgeons. My choice of Dr Cote and his team was the perfect choice. My spinal decompression and fusion surgery went extremely well.
