Very pleasant and thorough
Staff was lovely. My only complaint is that I was not told to bring all of my health information, and then had to enter it into a kiosk that was not user friendly .

A Doctor who really listens
Dr. Chow is very knowledgeable and very thorough but the most important thing is he is so easy to talk to about the problems. He is working with the patient trying to make sure the needs of the patient are being met while giving advice on the Best steps for a full recovery

It was a good visit it was my last one after having both hand and elbows procedures done. He was happy with him progressing and has always been concerned about the therapy and treatments to make sure I recover to the fullest that I can

Positive experience
Dr. Chow was attentive and listened to my hand issues. I was called into an exam room shortly after arrival and Dr. Chow saw me in a timely manner. He has ordered further testing.

Not Practicing Quality & Safety Measures
Dr. Chow had a nice demeanor and was knowledgeable. My main concern is that he did not wash his hands or sanitize his hands upon entering the exam room. I did not see him do it when he left the room either. After he gave me an injection, he put the stick cap in his mouth to free up his hands. In general, the facility did not have hand sanitizer Readily available in the reception area or in the clinical space.

Ganglion cyst
Dr Chow looked at the bump on my hand and after an x-ray I was told it is a ganglion cyst caused by arthritis. I was given two choices of what I could do. I chose one option.

Went to get a pain medication change and they gave me a cortisone shot that made my pain worse!!!

Dr. Chow GOAT! Highly recommend by this RN & Son!
Dr. Chow always does a very thorough exam as he is questioning both my son Christian & I. Then, he explains his impressions & plans. My son has another Ganglion Cyst that appeared at same spot on his wrist, so he is testing his nerve & also doing an MRI so he can see if it is impinging on his nerve. I appreciate that he wants to investigate the cyst more thoroughly. It will also help him see the area more clearly, so he can more thoroughly & carefully disect & remove this Cyst in it's entirety to prevent it from causing a nerve problem or come back again!I have highly recommended Dr. Chow to family & friends & in fact, Summer 2024, a friend was saved by us at the scene, and then by Dr. Chow in the ER. This friend almost lost his life & arm in ATV accident, but for a friend lifting an ATV tire off his arm, then my husband (former EMT & fire fighter) placing a tight tourniquet around his bicep so he didn't bleed out, & myself, an RN BSN convincing 911 Life Line to come! Dr. Chow GOAT!

I really like Dr. Chow. He has a great personality and a very professional bedside manner.. Dr. Chow showed compassion today as I had a rough start with staff during check-in.. I would definitely recommend Dr. Chow to others.
