the receptionist was rude and was bent on rescheduling my appointment after I've called that I was running late, also was charged for having high blood pressure regards the bill explanation and the only diagnosis I have is high blood pressure why was I been charged extra after insurance coverage for the only diagnosis. I called once to find out why the extra charges but the receptionist said she could not answer my question only someone else then could not transfer me to whoever can explain being charged $100 twice for missing appointment

This practice use to be so friendly, concerned, and different than other doctor’s offices. Now that they have grown patients are just a number with long waits and short amount of time with the doctor. My last visit I waited a hour for the doctor then I could not wait any longer so I left. I heard another patient which was a senior citizen say she was tired of waiting and had been there a really long time. There is no way they would allow patients to be a hour late for an appointment why treat patients that way.I made my appointment months before because they were booked so far out and I could not even be seen within a reasonable wait time. The practice has grown but the service declined.

I have avoided doctors most of my life but finally needed to consult regarding heart palpitations and some digestive issues. I found Dr Kue to be very attentive and caring, not rushing thru the appointment time but taking time to discuss matters and to listen. She takes a more holistic approach to issues which is something I appreciate. Office staff was kind and efficient.

Never go there. Inconsiderate service. I went in the office in pain and I left the office in pain for weeks. I have multiple sclerosis. Ms. Shavonne Brehon

This office is entirely unable to function in a professional manner. The office staff is rude and frequently hangs up on you when trying to get a referral. When you do get someone to speak to you, they are never able to process the referral because "the system is down" or the person who handles those only works a couple days. Would never recommend going here.

Great doctor but her receptionists are extremely incompetent and unprofessional.
