Numerous medical professionals have told me that they know of no other cardiologist with his level of IQ. Off the charts. I see him for his expertise, not for bedside manner. He has saved my life. He is friendly and efficient.

after emergency room visit, saw Doctor for heart and lung issues, this doctor was in a hurry, this doctor was angry, refuse to look at ER x-ray I bought with me. This doctor ordered at least 3 major CT scans and other tests I didn't need. It was like he was throwing stuff at a wall hoping something would stick, then he suddenly left for 3 week vacation in Israel treating me by text though his medical assistant. I requested the Radiology report of my CT Chest scan. NOTHING. Calling the office was like dialing a black hole. Pulmonary review referral 4 month wait time. He thought that a little excessive ? you think ?

Faitelson's office is the worst doctor's office I have ever encountered. Difficult to contact, doesn't return calls. Tucson Heart and Pima Heart merged a couple years ago. Since I went to Pima Heart a long time ago I now have two charts at Faitelson's office. The merged office has not merged the charts, thus many mistakes are made. I try to schedule an echo cardiogram along with my doctor's appointment. I had one at my last visit 6 months ago, but since the receptionist looked at my old Pima Heart chart she refused to schedule it saying my last echo was in 2014 and therefore I wasn't to get one anymore. Something like this happens every time I call them.

Started seeing him in 1997. Have been told by many other professionals that he is the best in the state. One from Boston Scientific told me that there are only three Cardiologists in the state that he has experience with that he would take his family to before going out of state. Dr. Faitelson is first by a long ways. In his opinion his intellect is so high he cannot fathom it. That after being in the field for over 20 years himself. Dr. Faitelson has kept me alive and functioning at a high level for over 23 years.

Rude. Faitelson was dismissive towards symptoms. Bad bedside manner, spent two minutes in the patient room with us, didnt examine or review test results with us. Seemed to want us out of patient room as soon as possible.

Absolutely terrible. He refused to speak with us after my elderly mother's surgical procedure. A couple of years later, he kept her waiting for 7 hours for another surgical procedure, taking 4 patients whose appointments were after hers. She finally left without care. She was left alone with an IV and unable to eat for more than half a day.

Waited and waited and waited. I left without seeing him. I don't think he was even in the building. But is it better that I find out early on how undisciplined he is rather than when he is performing an operation.
