I have nothing but praise for this Dr., he listens to you and works with you to establish a goal in meeting all your medical needs. I have been a patient since 2006. The one complaint I have is not about him but about the wait time which can be excessive most of the time. This is not his fault but the fault of overbooking. My son and I moved to Hemet and still we came here to see him for six years. I am now back in his area and he is still my favorite Dr. He is the best in my book.

Very helpful doctor takes time with his patients. Medical Group is slow in getting referrals but We have not had any major problems in the past three years

He seems to listen and then make referrals but in the end it's just frustration and disappointment. I had to threaten a formal complaint to get him to act on a referral from another doctor. It might not be just the doctor because the staff at Pinnacle San Bernardino just couldn't care less if you die and waited 3 weeks to submit a referral that was desperately needed and then one of the referral codes was wrong so it got kicked back to the doctor who did nothing until I called and got nasty.
