Dr. Phan is the total consummate professional. He listens to your concerns and is very reassuring when it comes to troubling situations. Even when you think the visit is done, he asks you a multitude of times if there are any matters I wish to discuss. He's very communicative and an excellent listener.

I started a new insurance plan and had my introductory meeting with Dr. Phan. He took his time with me while I covered a lot of my medical history. Based on that initial meeting, I felt reassured that I had made a good choice in a doctor.
