Tired of all the lies! Look elsewhere.
Dr. Ismail seems to only care about sleep studies and machines. I would consider him a good doctor otherwise, but the mental deficiencies who work for him are intolerable!!! They DON'T answer the phone, they DON'T return calls when you leave a massage and requests for prescription refill, GO UNANSWERED TOO! I would be saying his staff is a bunch of DUMB DUMBS, but that would be too nice to say about them. They LIE to you, say they return calls, answer the phone and refills medications. Then REFUSE to get you an office visit to see the Doctor, PHONE CALL APPOINTMENT ONLY! They don't ask the Doctor if he wants to see you, they refuse to do it. Until Dr. Ismail addresses these issues.(Unnecessary machines and staff who doesn't do their job and then lies to you, I suggest you look elsewhere for a Pulmonologist!!! It must be nice to sit on your (you know what) ALL DAY, do nothing and get paid for it. LOOK ELSEWHERE PEOPLE!!!

I have just recently started seeing Dr Ismail within this very hard time during the COVID pandemic. While things have been very hectic and scary for many, I have been blessed with being fit in right away and see in less than two hours. This DR cares about his patients and I am so glad to have found him!

He is a great Dr but his staff is disorganized has been inefficient at filing or processing paperwork in a timely fashion. My mother in law waited months for her replacement cpap bc they failed to meet up to medicare stands on the paperwork 2xs. and you can arrive to your appointment early or on time and still not see the Dr for another 30 mins to an hr.

I have seen Dr Ismail 3 times so far I have no complaints about him. However, scheduling and rescheduling has not been Pleasant. I have had other medical issues and have not been feeling well. I have had to reschedule a few times. I’ve always called at least two days in Advance. Today, Wednesday, I called to reschedule a Friday appointment. The staff member that called me back said, “you have tried to reschedule 5 times”. I said, “I know, I haven’t been feeling well, is there a problem rescheduling“. She did not answer that question. I heard her tell, I guess another staff member, she has reschedule 5 times. I said to her, “ it sounds like you have a problem rescheduling me. So I well Call back when I’m feeling “. She said, “fine”. Then I hung up. This is unacceptable. I was in aware one needs to give a reason for rescheduling , if they give 24-48 hour before their appointment. Which I did. A 61 year old women should not have to explain herself to a staff worker

Don't go here. He failed to examine my Mom properly and she died. Too busy to care about his patients. Sad.

I'm grateful my family doctor chose specialist Dr. Ismail for my pulmonary care team. Dr. Ismail is one of the most informed and intelligent people I've ever met. He's approachable and very caring--both with patients and his awesome staff. A rare combination for specialists. He's very popular and it's a busy practice, so I was surprised at the attention he gives from the first visit. He's compassionate! He graciously answered my many questions. I recommend him to anyone requiring pulmonary care.

Avoid if possible. Doctor himself is average. I was just rushed through the appointment and literally had to chase him out of the room to get questions answered. Expect wait time of atleast an hour, maybe more. Staff is terrible, easier to hit a jackpot than someone picking the phone line. I had made 6 calls over 3 weeks leaving voicemail but not a single call back. Only time a lady picked and put me on hold, had to disconnect after 20 minutes of hold

Dr. Ismail is an awesom doctor. Very patient and understanding, took the time to listen and address all my concerns. The process of diagnosing my sleep apnea was handled wonderfully by his friendly staff, especially the sleep clinic staff. Top notch service all around and i have reffered him and his sleep center to family and friends!

The sleep center advertises spa ambience . They have to be kidding!! Stained sheets, dirty rug, disgusting. Pool advertised but there is none. I was told I would be given something to sleep but was told I needed a percription which I was not given. The phone number on their form that I called for questions is disconnected. Really disappointing!!

Dr Ismail is a great doctor but his staff is aweful. Not friendly, very nasty and condescending to the patients. I stopped going to his office after over 20 years being a patient there due to his staff.

The doctor has a terrible bedside manor and spoke to me very little. He did not address my concerns for still having shortness of breath and told me to come back in 8 weeks. He was in and out in maybe 10 minutes? He even left me waiting in the exam room for 30 minutes while he felt with a drug rep who came in after me and was waiting in the same room. I left feeling ignored and treated like a child.
