Poor communication
No one ever answers the phone or returns calls when you leave a message. No much better luck trying to communicate via MyChart either. Was given wrong CO pay info then they sent me late notices. Had to call multiple times for pre authorizations, test results and appointments.

I don't recommend this doctor
My appointment with this doctor was cancelled by her office and I had to wait months to get a new appointment. Her bedside manner is terrible and she acts like I am a hypochondriac or making things up. No response to a message I sent her weeks ago. I don't recommend her.

Dr Khan knew my medical history which I was pleased about. She obviously took the time to read over my history from other practitioners. She made me feel at ease and listened to me speak. I would highly recommend Dr Khan

Do not waste your time making an appointment with this doctor. There are better choices to be made. She spent the first five-time minutes complaining about an issue I had and if my primary doctor was aware of the issue and why my primary doctor did not address the issue and then she was complaining why I was on a medication for over ten years and why no other doctor questioned this. News flash this is why I was referred to a rheumatologist. Ordered test and did not tell me the results of the test until I started asking questions about the test. She seems to be generally dismissive, and I got the feeling I was being talked down to. Went to another doctor, a better choice.

Poor bedside manner. Seemed to be generally dismissive of my personal health experience. She belittled me for having done my own research (which is commonplace for those suffering with undiagnosed autoimmune diseases for years) and seemed to react by automatically discounting my subjective complaints. She ultimately trivialized my positive anti-dsDNA results as “weak” and was rather uninterested in helping me.

Dr. Hu aria Hussain is 100 percent in the wrong field she has zero bed side manners she will belittle you and if you bring a love one in with you will be extremely rude. My elderly mother & Father came with to my appointment with me she got upset that they needed an extra chair and slammed it down so hard purposely on the floor. She is violent and rude and has absolutely NO excuse for her bad behavior. The ONLY thing she has is a great staff of people working the front desk for her and that

I think she accidentally went into the wrong field. Horrible with communicating with her patients, good luck communicating with her outside of a visit. She did t believe I had arthritis and all she kept talking me was to take vitamin D and she was prescribing me medication with uncertainty about my condition. She wanted me to let my self get swollen and come show her in her office instead of taking my blood test. I switched to penn medicine and it was one ofthe best decision I’ve made!

I have Psoriatic Arthritis. The test for autoimmune diseases is an ANA. She did not order this test. Told me to take vitamin D and see a dermatologist (whom I already have seen). She said you can never have too much vitamin d. Which is false as it is fat soluble. Toxicity is a risk factor for taking too much vitamin D. My primary physician ordered the ANA which was positive. I told her this and she said nothing. That I don't have arthritis because I am Rheum factor negative... what an idiot.
