Was not helpful at all. I wanted him to give me recommendations on my back pain whether I should file workers compensation or not and he wasn't listening. I showed him some papers and he said fill them out yourself. He never explained that they don't do workers compensation and I was getting frustrated. He said next I will take X ray and that's it. He walked out the door without saying goodbye or saying the result or anything. Terrible customer service who cares only about the money.
