Dr. Hue Vo, MD

Due to the location + them speaking Vietnamese here, my mom still comes here even though I tell her not to. Yesterday she waited for 2.5 hours even though she had an appointment and ended up just leaving. I work at an institution that has 5 doctors and though we see tons of patients each day, the average wait time is less than 20 minutes and just by googling it, the average wait time is 18 minutes. Dr Hue Vo is a lazy, unorganized physician who told me last time I was there to book another appointment if I wanted to talk to her about my mental health because she didn't have time and they were already running late (mind you I had waited over an hour after my appointment time to see her...) and then when I did book an appointment for my mental health, she shrugged it off and said that I felt that way because of school and that it'll end when school ended. I was diagnosed with these illnesses since I was a kid and wanted further help. But instead she shrugged it off and wasted my time,

I have been with Dr. Vo and Ngo, and have found them and their staff caring and wise. Excellent professionals!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My mom needed surgery on her hand and needed an EMG done before she could get surgery. In order for her to get an EMG and surgery done, she needed a referral. First, they sent her over to a place to get a MAMMOGRAM. That's for your breast, not your hands. They were no help in finding a place that accepts our insurance so we had to call them a few times to ask them to send a referral to different places. I had asked them to send a referral to this institution and the lady on the phone with me pretty much yelled at me saying that I'm wasting their time and annoying their office with calls asking them to send referrals out (though its their job in the first place to help their patients.) and she will fax it over to the institution. (She said she did it while I was on the phone with her.) Guess what? She never did. The only reason why I know that is because I handle the referrals/scheduling for this institution and never received it.
