Years ago I was awake the entire time I had a colonoscopy in his Kendall office. He did not wait for the anesthetic he administered to take effect. He was in a hurry to get to his son’s ballgame, he said. I was on time for the afternoon appointment his office gave me. My daughter sat outside the room frightened by my screams. I’ll never forgive him.
