My mother had been having problems getting around due to her knees constantly hurting and swelling. After her Rheumatologist ordered some tests, her referred her to Dr. Howard Miller at TOC. It was determined that she needed a knee replacement on bother her knees. So Dr. Miller performed a knee replacement on her worse knee first. She did so well during and after the procedure, that 2 years later she had the second knee replaced. She is now 84 and gets around so much better that I do. Dr. Miller was great with my mom. He explained what to expect for the procedure, physical therapy, and taking care of her new knee(s). I would highly recommend Dr. Miller for any orthopedic need!!!

Dr. Miller is very kind and spends an appropriate amount of time with you to explain your condition. He has a wonderful bedside manner and I would highly recommend him to anyone I know!

Staff is very rude very unhelpful. You have to wait 10 to 15 minutes on hold everyone you try to call the office.
