Disgusting Pig of an MD.
Filthy doc. Dirt under his fingernails, on his lab coat and hands visibly soiled. Assistant lying down on examination table on her phone. Called us in. No sink to wash his hands & no hand santizer anywhere. The so called doc with long dirty greasy hair sat at a table with with now upright assistant passing papers back and forth with her witnessing same. He looked at the lumbar area for literally 30 seconds and said ok all done. Denied the claim. The guy wears Mr Magoo glasses and can’t see. What a sham. Reporting to NY State.

TERRIBLE DR. DOES NOT CARE FOR HIS PATIENTS
MY MOTHER IS CURRENTLY IN WORKERS COMPENSATION. DR KIERNAN REPRESENTS THE INSURANCE CARRIER AND HAS CLEARLY IGNORED MY MOTHERS CONDITION AND CONTINUES TO FALSIFY MEDICAL RECORDS AND RECOMMENDS THAT MY MOTHER CAN GO BACK TO WORK. MY MOTHER IS 70 YEARS OF AGE AND CAN BARELY WALK. MEDICAL RECORDS FROM PREVIOUS DR'S CLEARLY SUPPORT MY MOTHERS CURRENT CONDITION. DR KIERNAN DOES NOT CARE AND IS COMPLETELY BIASED AND IN FAVOR OF THE INSURANCE CARRIER. SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED

Scott
Was in a car accident almost 30 years ago and tore up my right knee. After being recommended to Dr. Kiernan I went to him. He repaired the knee by the following Monday. I was already in physical therapy. It’s been almost 30 years and I could not think the man enough now I’m going to talk to him again about a problem with my other knee that I’d like him to go resolve, I trust this man implacably is a wonderful doctor very caring, very friendly one very very good person Scott, Rockland County

1976 surgery
In 1976 I was hit by a car and needed knee surgery. My parents were patients of his and took me to see him. He was wonderful. Explained everything and with so much kindness. Had the surgery and I have never had a problem since. Perfect! A few years ago, in Tampa, I was buying a car and the sales manager had shorts on and I noticed a familiar scar. Comparing our knees it turns out Dr. Kiernan also did his surgery. True story. Thanks Dr. Kiernan. Francesca Jankowitz Mcelroy

10 years ago I had surgery by dr kiernan to repair a fractured femur after having the hip replaced years prior. After surgery, I could not move /feel anything below the knee. He apologized for pulling my leg too much during surgery that caused nerve damage. I did get some movement back, but still suffer from the nerve damage. Over the years, never heard from him to see how I was doing just referred me to a neurologist. My life was turned upside down because of his error.

On his profile/Specialty it says :"After making a diagnosis, Dr. Kiernan will often resort to surgery when all the other treatment options have already been exhausted or ruled out.", yet he when he reviews motor vehicle accident cases for insurance companies, he denies most patients cases stating that surgery wasn't medically necessary, even after proven that surgery was the only option. Such a hypocrite, selling his sole and betraying the oath he took for money he gets from these insurance companies, leaving injured people in pain and suffering for his personal gain. He should not be allowed to practice medicine, period!!!!!!

I had a torn ACL back in 1982 and still strong knee with complete mobility with never coming back later to see the doctor with pain. I injured my knee in February and was back on the football field in September. I had the same brace as Joe Namath, a derotation brace. Will for ever be grateful.
