Awful visit
I deserve what I get for not dropping this awful practice. Last ten visits I have seen 10 different PAs or NP’s who couldn’t care less about my health history. Tonight’s visit was the worst by far.She kept trying to dismiss and reposition my complaints of neurological issues instead of addressing them, and insisted I drive back to pick up a form needing a quick signature.

Dr Brown
Front desk and PT staff are great. Dr Brown was awful - didn’t review previous follow up tests, didn’t ask me how I was feeling, demeaning, zero empathy, disrespectful. He was more concerned with pleasing the department of labor and the post office than he was with caring about my health. lost all confidence in the doctors at this office.

Never even shows up to office and his office staff has no clue what’s left from right by far the worst place you could go

Staff is very helpful everyone Everyone l like how they help each other from therapy to acupuncture .Dr.Brown and Dr Rick and Dr J very helpful and pays attention to your needs l appreciate them need more like them oh and Chris and Kevin too

I have had nothing but positive experience with Dr. Brown. He has been my doctor for several years now & he has always provided the absolute best care & medical treatment. He's knowledgeable, kind and very professional.

1) Waiting room was extremely small and very crowded, not enough seats for everyone. 2) I had to write my credit card number down on a piece of paper to process my co-pay because they don't process CC payments in the office. 3) They put me in a room with another patient...when the doctor came in, he started talking to me about my private health issues with the other patient present. 4) Doc and nurses were pushing treatment options before testing or diagnosing me with anything.
