He is a good Doctor, he is able to express any health concern with him and resolve with the right procedures

I do not recommend Dr. Alvarez. He would not give me a med I had been prescribed by a previous doctor without taking a $380 drug test that was not covered by my insurance.

I do not recommend this doctor. He failed to refill a simple perscription that did not have simple ramifications going without it. The pharmacy requested refills, my husband called to ask that it be refilled & luckily actually went into the doctor's office to request the medication be refilled. I say luckily because he had the withdrawal in the the office & was rushed to the hospital from there. It could have happened while he was driving & possibly caused someone else harm along with himself.

I do not recommend this doctor. My husband ended up in the hospital due to this doctor not refilling a prescription after several attempts for an ok by the pharmacy and phone calls from my husband. Luckily my husband finally went in to his office to ask him in person to ok the med for a refill & experienced the effects of being without the medication while he was in the doctors office. He was rushed to the hospital where he went thru even more effects of being without the medication. No room 4
