Dr. Hong Jeong, MD

The front office staff was welcoming and pleasant. The MA was very friendly and kind. Dr. Jeong is a wonderful doctor. Listened to my questions and explained the treatment of my conditions. Very proffessional. I gave the office phone number to a friend. I worked in the medical field for years for some top docs. Dr. Jeong is a keeper.

Dr Jeong take his time to really explain all cardiac problems challenges so well! I would recommend his outstanding patient and communication skills to any patient… We are lucky to have such a great physician here in Brevard county.. All my best to him and his practice.

It was a little long wait, but very contented with his explanation , and what is to be done with my case. It is worth waiting.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Hong Jeong for a little over a year. I was not happy with the cardiologist my regular doctor had found for me. I found Dr. Hong Jeong on my own. I love him! He did a 30 day holter on me whereas the other doctor only did a 24 hour one and wanted to put me on beta blockers and blood thinners. After I told Dr Hong Jeong that I had been drinking A LOT of Diet Coke, I went off it and he did the 30 day. I don’t need medicine! The other doc was going to start me on life-altering medicine for the rest of my life and I was only 59 at the time! Dr. Hong Jeong always talks to me and explains how my heart works. He is kind and gentle. I love him!!!! His knowledge astounds me! He is BRILLIANT!

Dr Jeong is awesome! I’ve had to move out of the area and miss his wonderful care. I have recommended Dr. Jeong to all my friends who need his care

Dr Jeong is the very best. Takes as long as you need, explains things clearly and cares about his patients. Great doctor.

I have been under the care of Dr. Jeong since 2011 and have complete trust in him as far as any cardiac issues. He is an extremely professional and experienced Doctor and is current and progressive in his method of care. He is now taking care of family members with complete trust and I highly recommend him for cardiac concerns.

I love Dr. Jeong but sadly I will not return to his office. Last Thursday the Ultrasound Tech mis pronounced my name horribly embarrassed by how he stated my name. I bit my tongue and received no apology for it. I did have the test and went today for results. 2:15 appt and was put in exam room at 3:15. The MA proceeded to tell that the staff were still laughing at the mis-prouncing of my name last week. I told her that I did not find it funny and was disappointed he had not apologized. She left the office and proceeded to start conversation with the staff about what I had said and repeated how he had pronounced my name. I left the exam room and addressed her that this was inappropriate and I was leaving and she could explain to the doctor why he had lost a patient. It is 7:23pm and no contact from the office. I'm sorry but his staff is totally unprofessional.

Doctor Jeong explains things very well in language you can understand. He is thorough and professional.

While the good doctor himself appears to be a great person his office staff has no care for their patients. He had diagnosed me with an aneurism said he sending orders for an immediate cat scan to be done right away. After 8 days the order finally gets sent. To which is still takes time to schedule. When I confront the office about the expediency they get upset with me and I get a letter in the mail saying hes dropping me as a patient. Single dad with an aneurism and no care from this office.

Was not impressed with his practice. A typical Cardiology office would give you a EKG when you were called back, but not Dr. Jeong's practice. Also, my first time there I signed off for them to get my cardio records from my previous out of state Cardiologist. The next visit they said that they didn't have them. You would think if they were having trouble getting them they would consult you. Overall, not impressed and moved on to another Cardiologist.

Dr. Jeong is our family cardiologist. Three generations. We love that he is practical and conservative. He generally sees his own patients when hospitalized as well. That is rare!

Diagnosis gets incorrectly transcribed in written evaluation!!!!!!!!

Dr. Joeng spent such time and knowledge with me. I believe for certain that I would not be here, right now, without him. He was EXCELLENT in diagnosing my problem and treating it immediately. He explained, didn't rush and was just a gentle soul with me and that is exactly what you need in trying times. I certainly can't thank him enough for his expertise and easy going nature. My two sons and husband send their best as well. They observed his care to me. Thank you and God bless you .

Horrible Staff. Staff waited until Friday afternoon on a Holiday weekend to submit and order to my insurance for my wife's procedure that was scheduled for Tuesday after the holiday. Insurance takes 2-3 days to review clinical from Dr., that were still not yet received by my insurance as of 9:30 Tuesday morning. Now we have to pay $955 out of pocket when it will be covered by insurance, or cancel my wife's appointment. Left message for staff on Friday, still have not received a call back about

This doctor told me that he would help me remove some spider veins from my legs and he gave me such deep puncture injections into my ankles that I then had tattoo sized bruises that never healed. He will say whatever you want to hear in order to make money. Stay away

We are so pleased that Dr Jeong was my husband’s physician at Cape Canaveral Hospital and continues to be his cardiologist physician. He is a caring doctor and no matter how busy he is he takes the time to explain the procedure and answers any questions in depth. His bedside manner is excellent. You immediately feel comfortable with his care. We highly recommend Dr Hong Jeong

Both my mother and brother are patients of Dr. Jeong. His staff have been very accommodating both times we’ve had to make appointments. As a nurse, I recommended Dr. Jeong to my family when they needed a cardiologist after seeing the quality of his work and his interactions with his patients . He is knowledgeable and has a wonderful bedside manner. He is thorough and takes the time to explain everything clearly and to answer all of your questions. I would highly recommend him.
