I've had very relaxing experiences, whenever I've had an appointment, the doctor made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She explained everything so that I could understand my condition better.

Unprepared, distant, disinterested, dysfunctional
This is a negative review. Social tools can harm a livelihood, so this should be taken subjectively. A patient of his for 10+yrs I empathize with PCPs (2 siblings are MDs). COVID made staffing tough but his issues predate the pandemic. I regret waiting for this long to fire him. Hajbandeh shows a poor worth ethic and an alarming lack of care. The dysfunction of his office/desk staff, his poor preparation for visits, the lack of empathy he shows through how he connects (or fails to) make him a poor PCP. He regularly forgets his own appt/lab scheduling approach. Hajbandeh has never, over 12+ visits, been prepared to discuss my health or the improvement of it. Each visit is as if he has never seen me before. He manages ongoing care via prescription denial. His team irresponsibly and consistently refers you to OON care and is disinterested when you ask for help. He is disingenuous and has never in 12 years made himself available to me by phone. Not once. +s His RNs are good.

It's funny that every one is talking about mental health awareness and that doctors care but when you want to actually talk about your depression and anxiety attacks that keep happening more often they just tell you to come back in a month but do not listen to your issues. How can I trust someone who only cares about money and not their patients well being.

He had me test for Covid and thankfully I was negative. He was ok with sending me back to work because I didn't have a fever anymore but I still had a cough, phlegm, and some difficulty breathing. I saw him again and he said, "You probably just caught some other virus." and sent me on my way without further diagnosis or medication. I changed my PCP to my wife's Dr. who ordered a chest x-ray and antibiotics. I felt better on the second day after starting the medication. X-ray results showed I had pneumonia and it took two rounds of antibiotics to clear it. I still don't feel 100%, but am so glad I decided to go to a new doctor. I recently got billed about $93.00 from Dr. Haj's office and it angers me that I have to pay money for what was really poor patient-care! My new doctor's visit showed it was fully covered by my insurance. I'm looking into why Dr. H's visits are costing me out-of-pocket. I really can't recommend Dr. Hajbandeh to anyone based on these last interactions.

He seems to want to only spend as little time as possible with his patients and bill your insurance company for the maximum amount of money. Does not seem to listen to anything you say to him and provides very poor individualized care. Poor empathy for his patients. I would give him less than a "1" if I could.

Don't go there! They stole the money that my insurance company reimbursed me! I visited their office in Jan. I was told I had to pay upfront. Once they received my reimbursement from my insurance company, they will send me a check with the same amount of reimbursement. My insurance company sent them a check with $348 in Feb. But the office kept the money, until I called like almost everyday in April to request my money. Finally, I received the check from the office. Guess what?! The check had on

Dr Hajbandeh is the best family medicine doctor out there. I’ve been a patient of his for 16 years. He is very kind, very thorough and a very patient doctor. I take my kids to him too. I trust him with my life! Easy to get into his office, the staff is great and Angie will draw your blood in seconds with no pain. I highly recommend Dr Hajbandeh!

I went to Dr. Homan Hajbandeh for wellness exam. When I went with my husband, Dr. Homan reviewd the blood results withme. Although, his website says they call you with the blood results. He actually billed me for just telling me I am fine. No medicie was prescribes. The billing woman for this Dr. has an IQ in the single digit, for sure. She doesn't has any common sense and eventually, we stopped going to this office. Very bad experience. NEVER AGAIN GOING THERE.

Dr. Hajbandeh billed my insurance with office visit even though I didn't have an appointment. The clinic has none to talk to or ask questions about an imaginary visit that he billed my insurance. When the insurance denied the charge, he billed me and then turned in to collection. Stay away from this practice and save your money and headache. When I sent him a letter explaining the situation, he didn't have the decency to even respond to me. Yes, that's how much he is ignorant.

The office of Dr. Hajbandeh bills customers left and right big time. They bill patients just to explain the test results. In my 50 years seeing medical Doctors in the U.S. only Dr. Homan Hajbandeh billed me as a patient just to tell me the blood test results. I have told Dr. Homan in a letter that all other Doctors I have seen in the past don't charge any fees. But he insisted to charge me and he has reported a lousy $40 to a collection agency. Who wants to see such a money hungry clinic?

I just used him for normal routine checkups and he is okay and went through all questions. Please make sure to check how you are billed. He referred me to Dermatologist and Foot doctor for couple of issues I mentioned during my annual checkup. Surprised to see that those are billed as treated and my insurance copay kicked in though those were not really treated and would expect those to be covered under routine checkup.

Dr. H is truly the best doctor I've ever had!! He's thorough, kind, and truly cares about all of his patients. My kids have always been terrified of doctors yet they actually look forward to their appointments with Dr. H!! Office staff is wonderful and I've never waited longer than 5 minutes to be seen on time for my scheduled appointments in the 3 years I've been a patient. I've also never had to wait for weeks to see him as the staff has always been able to fit us in when we call!! AAAAAA+++
