Best ER doctor
Dr. Shrupp-Berg is probably one of the best providers I’ve ever seen. She is kind, thorough and actually listens to her patients. I saw her today for severe back pain, after seeing several providers, with no answer. She listened, took tests, and even dug more. She cares about getting to the root cause of the issue. I am so grateful that she was my doctor and only wished she was my primary physician. If she is this thorough, kind and patient in the ER, I can imagine she would be an exceptionally amazing doctor! As a woman of color, I do cannot say I can always rely on the best care, but she has gone above and beyond.
