I’ve been going from one hospital to the other without an answer or diagnosis, she was able to give me a diagnosis and referred me the right specialist!

Can't understand a word she says.
If you can actually get her to spend a few moments of her valuable time with you, her communication skills are so poor that the patient, my father, couldn't hear her, and neither could I. She talked to us as if she were doing us a favor by explaining the treatment. We are NOT second class citizens as she so notably made us feel. I suggest an education for this junior doctor, reminding her of who he client base is. Or you can just fire her and be done with any further drama.
