I have gone to Dr. Nguyen for a number of years, as he is a professional and do truly care about his patients, but its time to find a new doctor. The biggest problem is the front desk personnel, who is rude beyond rude. I had recently gone to get my blood drawn and was asked to wait outside. After waiting for what seems to be more than 15mins, I went to check, and was told that there are a lot of patients inside (it was a lie) before I told another office person that if I needed to wait any longer, I am leaving. But this recent event really triggered my change for a new doctor. I had dropped off a letter to have my doctor sign and return on a Saturday, came back on Tuesday to see if the front desk had it, and was told rudely by the same person named Thao to go home and wait. I asked if I will get an answer today or tomorrow, before she rudely told me to go home again. I was furious by the way she acted towards me especially since I am a patient. Its not acceptable!
