Dr. Hoa Nguyen, DO

This entire office is wonderful. They never overbook so there is little or no wait time. The Doctor is patient and thorough with a great relaxed sense of humor.

Have only had two visits with Dr. Nguyen--pronounced win--but I already know he is a very kind, caring doctor who takes time to answer all my questions and seems very thorough. So far, I've never had to wait more than a few minutes to see him, so they are very organized and efficient. His office staff also seems very friendly and caring. Lovely doctor and staff.

They make you wait all day before calling in your prescriptions. 7 hours. Which means two trips into town instead of picking up your meds on the way home after the Dr visit. Bad policy

Dr. Nguyen is a very caring and compassionate person. He truly cares for his patients and their well being. Explains your diagnosis in great detail and strives to make sure you understand. His office staff are amazing, caring and make you feel very comfortable.

Dr. Ngyuen has been a very thorough and empathetic Doctor, whom I highly respect. He listens to the patient with constant eye contact and evaluates accordingly, all the while explaining the necessary processes. I have had (4) sinus surgeries and been through much pain and debilitating problem, finding a competent an kind Dr. like Dr. Hoa Nguyen. Thank-you to the great staff. I've been going to ENT's for over 15 years and I finally found one that listens to me, he doesn't think I'm crazy! He gave me a FULL exam. His plan of treatment is working, there's hope finally to be able to hear well in both ears. The office staff is excellent! They they take care of me from the moment i arrive at the office to the time I start checking out. ALL my questions are answered when I leave, and that is very rare leaving any medical office. I've already referred , and will keep doing

Dr. Nguyen is one of the doctors who will actually listen to what we"re saying and can tell he is concerned about our sinus problems. Unlike some other doctors who stand there with one foot out door. He is gentle, caring and always concerned about how we doing. He is very careful about prescribing meds, making sure what he prescribes will benefit us. On follow-up visits he takes time to ensure what he did is working. One of the greatest doctors in the area. Keep it up Dr. Nguyen.

I found Dr. Nguyen to be friendly, courteous, and professional. He was thorough. I didn't feel that he was in a hurry to get to the next patient. Most importantly, he correctly diagnosed my problem and prescribed the perfect medication. In three weeks I had no more ear issues.
