Restored Living to My Life
Before I met Dr. Mehta, I was being treated for SVT by the use of some hideous and potent prescriptions. I never felt well and had declined from running 8 to 10 miles, several times a week to having problems just doing normal walks. Hitesh immediately recommended an ablation procedure. Hesitant at first, we agreed on the risk versus gains and it was performed 4 years ago. This has turned out to be the single greatest improvement in my quality of life…no fluctuations, lots of energy and sleep is perfect. I will forever be Thankful and Grateful for his courteous, professional and spot on performance of my procedure. In less than eight hours, 10 years of declining health and loss of life’s quality was reversed. A truly wonderful Doctor.

When I learned that I had AFIB, knowing it is frequently an electrical issue, I looked for a Cardiac Electrophysiologist rather than a Cardiologist, and my search was well rewarded. I like the fact that Dr. Mehta is also an Internist, which means that he may have the ability to better consider the rest of the body's internal workings when dealing with heart issues. Other than the fact he speaks rapidly and does have some accent that causes me to sometimes ask him to repeat things he has said because I missed them the first time, I find him to be a very good doctor. For myself, a doctor that listens to what I have to say, and who explains things thoroughly to me is what I need for best dealing with medical issues. I have a long drive to his office and one time I arrived just as the practice's computers went down, but he chose to see me anyway, saving me another long drive. I was impressed at and grateful for his thoughtfulness.

Dr. Mehta quickly identified my problem on my first visit. A date was set and he performed an ablation to correct the problem. He fully explained the procedure and alerted me to postsurgical recovery. My procedure was 2 December 2016 and as we enter 1 March, I must say that my energy level is greater than in the past 3 years. Dr. Mehta is through in explaining what he is about to do, his support staff were very kind and helpful. I am thankful for his skills and I am eager to tell others.
