Completely disengaged from care
Went to Suburban Community Hospital in E. Norriton at 1AM after an accident with my friend's overly excited dog. I needed wound care, stitches, & antibiotics for a facial laceration. Dr. Khadr was shockingly detached & awkward. He didn't ask me any questions or really address me as a human before beginning stitches. He came & went out of the room, with no discussion of expectations. He gave me numbing injections, but there was no acknowledgement or empathy towards my pain. He did ask me if I wanted a small cut in my lip stitched or not and explained it would be excruciating, which I opted not to do. Dr. Khadr seemed totally bored/disinterested and disengaged from caring for a human being; he also did not communicate what to expect/what came next. This man has the bedside manner of a paper plate and should not be practicing medicine. Other staff was friendly but avoid Suburban Community ER if you can.

I saw Dr. Khadr at Suburban Community Hospital, arriving unconscience by ambulance. He never filed anything with my insurance company (who would have paid it in full) or sent me a bill. He just turned me over to a collection agency. It took me months to fully recovery, but by then, I had a derogatory hit on my credit repost and my credit score dropped 200 points!! His license should be removed and should be fired!!! I have spent hours on the phone trying to straighten it out and have received no help!! City MD should fire him!! If you can avoid him - do! I didn't have a choice!

This physician treated me in the ER at Suburban Community (formerly Mercy Suburban) in East Norriton / Norristown. I came in late at night for pain management and he told me I was wasting his time. He treated me as if I angered him by imposing on his evening and then he left the room and gave me no expectation that he would ever return. Five weeks later, he had the nerve to send me a bill. The man should have his medical license revoked. Avoid this physician.
