Disappointed
I feel Kobayashi didn't know how to help me. He focused on how he didn't agree with radiologist who read my MRI. I told him about my foot tingling & numbness. His response was 'not significant enough so just deal with it.' He informed me he doesn't treat neck deformities. I have found other physiatrists with more compassion and certainly more experience.

I really appreciated how proactive the staff was. I received two calls about potential appointments due to cancellation and I was able to see this provider much sooner than I expected. Everyone was helpful and professional.

He was able to distract me by talking about a variety of subjects while performing a test using needles and little electric shocks. It was an unexpectedly good experience. He was also very accept at the test and that also made me feel more comfortable. Great doctor!

Best dr I've seen. It was a 2nd opinion and he cared for my situation way more than my previous Doctor. I felt more comfortable asking questions and he seemed much more knowledgeable about what I was going through and asked great questions himself. I really appreciate seeing him.
