Thorough and caring
My PCP retired after me seeing him for decades, and Dr Kikawa was the first practitioner I saw when I set out to find a new one. After one experience, I feel comfortable with him as my primary care physician. His examination was thorough, he went over a lot of areas of potential concern, my medical history, etc. He was quick to contact me after my lab results came back and to set up a follow up to discuss the findings. He's also very easy to relate to as a person, which is not always the case with doctors.
