Leaves the impression she doesn't care
Telehealth
Saw her in a Virtual visit. She was rude and unkind and at one point actually told me helping me was a waste of her time. A month after seeing her I got a bill saying my insurance didn't cover $120 on the billed $815 virtual visit they sent to my insurance for our virtual conversation where nothing was done.The claim sent to the insurance stated the extra $120 was for a long extended appointment that took a long time. (An additional fee that I was never told about.)But when I called the office they told me the extra $120 was a charge for medication I received while at the office. (So they are just making stuff up)I told the office, 'Ya, nice try. It was a virtual appointment. The bill says an entire other reason.' Her office told me they would have their billing team review it and let me know if I really owe it or not. Which of course I didn't and eventually after some fighting got it removed.Find someone else

Does nothing. Televisit $1037 charge
Telehealth
Charged $1037 for a single televisit and literally did nothing. Absolutely worthless.
