Horrible service, I just switched my primary care doctor to a different doctor, the girls and management that works for this doctor are very nasty and unprofessional. They treat it me and the office where I had a appointment very bad, I need it a referral and they wrote the address wrong twice and they refused to fixed it and because of this I couldn’t be seen. When I call they did not care at all. they need to change if not they are going to keep loosing patience’s.

Dr. Patel has been my PCP for literally over 30 years and today I finally had enough and changed Doctors. His front desk staff are Rude and Incompetent, its astounding that he still has patients. Today alone I was on hold for over 20 minutes only to have the young lady blatantly hang up on me, i then called back and spoke to someone else who was even more clueless than the first person I spoke to. I asked to have the MD call me when he was free and the assistant literally replied ‘No’. I called my insurance company ASAP.

Doctor is ok, although consultation is too brief and superficial. Unfortunately, the secretaries are nasty witches, which is enough to ensure we'll never go back. They prevent any direct contact with the doctor, instead saying which medications they think you should take. Not their job. We will not be returning.

Dr.Patel has been caring for my children from past 17 years and he has gone above and beyond to take care of my children during their illness and I couldn't be more happier. He has always taken time to listen to our concerns and has treated my children where the other doctors have refused. I have to mention that the scheduled appointments are always on time and prompt call back from the doctor when requested.
